As co-founder of TRK Trading Group, Blake was the head trader in the Stamford, Connecticut office where he was instrumental in the company being sold to E*TRADE in 2003. He helped grow TRK Trading Group from 18 to 150 employees and deploying over $100 million in trading capital. During his trading career, Blake managed and built large geographically diverse trading teams, quickly understanding the importance of seeking the most capable and best talent to achieve the most success. His roles at small recruiting agencies helped broaden and solidify his staffing expertise.
Blake formed his own company with more than 20 years of combined experience in recruiting and securities trading.
Blake has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and lives with his family in Westport, Connecticut. In his spare time, he is Captain of his fishing charter business, Saugatuck Fishing Guides, LLC, where he’s in pursuit of the best fish for the right anglers.
